Overview
- Return window: 14 days from delivery on most items
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, with tamper-evident tag attached
- Domestic returns: First label free per order
- Inspection: 1–2 business days once delivered to us

We curate authentic Gucci crossbody bags with the experience and protection to match. If your purchase isn’t perfect, our team will guide you through a streamlined, fully tracked return process with clear status updates from start to finish.
Return eligibility
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories (dust bag, box, cards, straps/chain, and any gifts-with-purchase).
- The tamper-evident security tag must remain attached and unaltered.
- No signs of wear (scratches, creasing, odor, stains, strap perforations, or hardware marks).
- Send returns only after receiving an RMA number from our support team.
Not eligible
- Final sale, outlet, customized/monogrammed items, or items clearly marked non-returnable.
- Items missing accessories or with removed/tampered security tags.
- Returns shipped after the RMA label expires (typically 7 days from issue) or beyond the 14-day window.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return. Attach photos if damaged.
- Receive your RMA number and prepaid domestic return label by email. Pack securely with all accessories; place the RMA on or inside the box.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier within 7 days of label issuance.
- Track progress via the carrier link. We’ll email updates after inspection and refund issuance.
Shipments sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is completed.
Fees, refunds, and timing
- First domestic return per order is free. Additional returns from the same order: a $9.95 label fee is deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or your item arrived damaged.
- Inspections are completed within 1–2 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
- Approved refunds are issued within 1 business day; banks may take 3–10 additional business days to post funds.
- No restocking fees for approved returns. If accessories are missing or condition differs, a partial refund may apply.
Exchanges
To secure availability, we process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Start a return to receive a prepaid label, then place a new order for the preferred style or color. Your refund will be issued once your return is approved.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report transit damage, defects, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the shipping box, label, and the item. We will provide a prepaid label and prioritize a replacement or refund. Claims submitted outside this window may be limited by carrier terms.
International returns
If offered to your location, international returns are accepted within the same 14-day window. Return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us. Ensure your carrier marks the shipment as a return to avoid extra import charges.
Holiday & gifting
- Extended holiday returns: Purchases made from November 15 through December 31 may be returned until January 15.
- Gift returns with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit; refunds to the original payment method are available to the purchaser.
- Any promotional gifts must be returned unused to receive a full refund.
