Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard Ground shipping (3–5 business days) is complimentary on all US orders. Expedited options are available at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET, on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

For orders $750+ a signature is required by default for insurance purposes. You can opt out at checkout, but doing so transfers delivery risk to you.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipments are sent via USPS services. Expedited options may be limited. High‑value orders may require a street address.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also enter your order number and email on our Track Order page or in your account.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

All shipments are insured. Contact support within 7 days of the last scan or delivery if an issue occurs. We’ll file a carrier claim and resolve it promptly.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

We can edit addresses before your order is fulfilled. Contact support as soon as possible; we cannot reroute packages already in transit.
