• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, or verification steps can affect timelines.
• Signature confirmation may be required for higher‑value orders.

8. Returns & Refunds

Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided the tamper‑evident tag remains attached and the item is in original condition. Return eligibility, instructions, and non‑returnable items (e.g., final markdowns) are detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item passes a dual authentication protocol and documented quality check. We guarantee authenticity for the lifetime of your ownership. If an item is ever proven inauthentic by a credible third‑party authenticator, we will provide a remedy consistent with our authenticity guarantee.

• Promotional offers are subject to terms stated on the offer and are valid for a limited time. Unless noted, promotions cannot be combined and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Store credits or gift cards (if offered) are redeemable only on the Site and may be subject to expiration and balance terms provided at issuance.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier’s receipt of the package for delivery to your address. You are responsible for compliance with all export laws if you re‑ship or transport items outside the United States.
